Your whole process, mapped once and followed on every case.

A CRM stops at the sale. GrowHigh keeps going — survey, documents, installation, payments, service. Lay out your process as phases, with the steps, rules and branches your business needs, and every case follows it.

From your process to a live journey

Draw it once. Your team follows it on every case.

  1. 1

    Draw the phases

Lay out your process on a visual flow. Each phase has its own stages, owner, channel and deadline.

  2. 2

    Decide what each phase captures

Choose the fields, which ones are required, and fields that appear only when an earlier answer calls for them.

  3. 3

    Add checklists and gates

Steps to tick, required or optional. A case moves on only when the required work is done.

  4. 4

    Automate the routine

Messages, tasks, stage moves and reminders happen when conditions turn true.

  5. 5

    Go live and measure

See deadlines met, workload and unassigned cases across every journey.

Built for real processes

Branches, parallel teams and deadlines.

Branching

Send a case down another path by answer, stage or checklist: suitable roof or not, loan approved or not.

Parallel phases

Two teams work the same case side by side — accounts and installation, say — then the case joins again.

Deadlines and escalations

Time limits per phase and step, with a warning before a breach. Idle cases move to the next person.

Action buttons

Add link, payment, punch, quotation or document buttons to a phase, so the right action is one tap away.

Public status page

Customers follow their case on a link, with no login, so they stop calling to ask where things stand.

Appointments

Every booked slot by day, with working hours, slot length, notice period and blocked dates.

Control and approvals

Nothing moves with a gap, and every change is on record.

Decide who can see, change and approve, screen by screen. Anything that touches money, stage or ownership can wait for a person's yes.

  • Manager approval: a phase holds until a manager approves the step, or sends it back with a reason.
  • Claim requests: an agent asks to take over a case, with a reason.
  • Discrepancy threads: flag work done wrong without reopening the case.
  • Field history and audit logs: the old value, the new value, who changed it and when.
  • Access profiles: named permission sets, screen by screen, with view and edit.
  • Partner and collaborator teams work with simpler, restricted views.

Questions

Questions teams ask first

Straight answers. Anything else, ask us on the demo call.

Something else?

Write to contact@growhigh.io and we'll get back to you.

Can two teams work on one case at once?

Yes. Parallel phases let two teams work the same case side by side, then join again when both are done.

Can a step wait for a manager?

Yes. Turn on approval for any phase and it holds until a manager approves it, or sends it back with a reason.

What happens when a customer comes back?

A re-entry rule decides whether the open case is reused or a fresh one starts, so nobody is added twice.

Can customers see where their case stands?

Yes. A public status page shows their progress on a link, with no login.

Do we need technical people to set it up?

No. We set it up with you on your process, and the setup assistant makes the changes you confirm in plain words.

What does it cost?

We go through pricing on the demo call, based on your team, your channels and how you will use GrowHigh. You see the full picture before you decide anything.
