Privacy Policy

How GrowHigh collects, uses, stores and protects personal data — on this website and inside the GrowHigh platform.

GrowHigh ("GrowHigh", "we", "us") is an AI revenue operating system operated by Winni Pet Care LLP. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It covers visitors to growhigh.io, users of the GrowHigh platform, and individuals whose information reaches GrowHigh through our customers' connected channels — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms and WhatsApp.

1. Data we collect

a. Information you give us on this website

  • Contact details submitted through our demo or contact forms — name, phone number, email, company, and anything you write in a message field.

b. Information processed inside the GrowHigh platform on behalf of our customers

Businesses use GrowHigh to manage their own customer relationships. When they do, we process the data those businesses collect, which may include:

  • Lead form submissions — when a person submits a Facebook or Instagram lead form belonging to one of our customers, Meta delivers that submission to GrowHigh: typically name, phone number, email, and answers to the form's questions.
  • Conversations — messages exchanged with our customers over connected channels such as WhatsApp, web chat, or email, so the business can respond and keep a record.
  • Case and journey data — statuses, notes, tasks, appointments, quotations, and other records our customers create while serving their customers.

c. Technical data

  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the service running reliably.

2. How we use data received from Meta platforms

When a business connects its Facebook Page to GrowHigh, we receive that Page's lead form submissions through Meta's Lead Ads API and deliver them into that business's own CRM workspace. This data is used solely to provide the CRM service to the business the lead belongs to: storing the lead, notifying the business, and powering the follow-ups the business configures.

We do not sell data received from Meta, do not use it for advertising of our own, do not combine one customer's leads with another's, and do not share it with third parties except the service providers strictly necessary to run the platform (hosting, message delivery). Our use of Meta platform data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

3. Why we process data (legal bases)

  • To provide the service — processing leads, conversations and cases is the product itself (performance of a contract with our customers).
  • To respond to you — when you ask for a demo or contact us (consent / legitimate interest).
  • To keep the platform safe — security logging, abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal obligations — where applicable law requires retention or disclosure.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with:

  • The business you interacted with — if your data entered GrowHigh through a business's lead form or conversation channel, that business controls it and sees it.
  • Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and messaging delivery providers (for example WhatsApp Business Platform for message delivery), bound to process data only on our instructions.
  • Authorities — where the law requires it.

We never sell personal data.

5. Retention

Website enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Platform data is retained for as long as the business customer maintains its account, because that data is the business's operating record. When an account is closed, its data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where the law requires longer retention.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access is role-restricted inside each customer workspace, credentials and integration secrets are stored encrypted, and each customer's data is logically separated from every other customer's.

7. Your rights & data deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time:

  • If your data reached us through a business's lead form or chat — the fastest path is contacting that business directly, since the data belongs to their workspace. You can also contact us and we will route the request.
  • Direct requests — email contact@growhigh.io with the phone number or email the data relates to. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when complete.

If you interacted with a Facebook or Instagram lead form and want the copy held in GrowHigh removed, the same process applies — email us and we will delete the lead record and its associated data.

8. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and basic, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

9. Children

GrowHigh is a business tool and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting platform customers are notified inside the product.
